To monitor the ecological status of Fung Yuen, we recruit and provide training to students from all major institutes and universities. Students will be responsible for assisting in the butterfly survey in Fung Yuen Butterfly Reserve after completion of the training. In addition to capacity build students with ecological knowledge, care for the nature and butterflies, and to experience the butterfly survey as well as conservation work.
"The 17th Fung Yuen Butterfly Baseline Butterfly Survey Program for College Students" is now open for registration. The courses include: butterfly species identification knowledge training, participation in butterfly census and migratory monarch butterfly marking research, etc. It is suitable for college students who are interested in ecology and nature conservation.
