- To carry out habitat management within the private land of Fung Yuen Valley Site of Special Scientific Interest.
- To monitor ecological environment of Fung Yuen and adjacent area

- Use Fung Yuen Village as a demonstration of environmental village, aims to enhance the interrelationship of the local economy, the community and the environment in order to achieve the conservation objectives.
